Reviews and Ratings
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. The facilities were outdated, and it felt like they were not equipped to handle the number of guests. Although I appreciated the attempt to accommodate pets, the limitations made it challenging. The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to poor service throughout our visit.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was convenient and we enjoyed the outdoor activities, there were several issues that made my stay less than ideal. The room cleanliness and maintenance need improvement, especially with the bathroom and some common areas. Additionally, the service was lacking, particularly at the check-in process, which felt disorganized and frustrating.
The resort offers fantastic waterfront activities like inflatable courses and free watercraft, which make it a fun destination for families. However, the accommodation and service quality are lacking, with issues such as dirty linen left in the hallway and dated facilities. The dining experience was also overpriced for the quality of food offered.
We had a great time enjoying all the waterfront activities at this resort, which kept our entire family entertained. The staff at the waterfront was organized and focused on safety, but the accommodations didn't meet the level of a true resort experience, with inconsistent unit quality and disappointing food options. Overall, it was a fun place for the family, but I would recommend either bringing your own food or dining off-site.
